Anne unveils her surgically enhanced left knee…

Look away now if you’re squeamish as Anne Keothavong exclusively unveils her surgically-enhanced left knee for the cameras!

Anne recently underwent surgery to repair damage to her anterior cruciate ligament and will be out for at least six months.

As she begins her rehab with the aim of returning to the tour next February, the British No.1 chats about her injury, the operation and proudly shows off her scars.

“It looks like corned beef,” she says. “It’s not very impressive but I can assure you it hurts!”

Technically, there are still some things I can work on which don’t require me to move too much and mentally there are plenty of things that I can work on without being on the tennis court.
